The driver Jo is amazing. She is friendly, and fun. I enjoyed the ride and the view along the way. But almost all the passengers who waited at the airport felt difficult to find where Greyhound station/stop was. We had to ask airport staff and other people but still not sure. I got lost a few times and waited at Sixt and asked Sixt staff for help, but she didn’t quite know exactly where greyhound was.It turned out it’s just cross the road, one minute walk. Of course it’s not Greyhound fault. The airport shall at least write Greyhound name or other bus companies names at the stop if they can’t set up a digital screen showing the bus companies names and estimated time of arrival. Since Brisbane airport is so giant, it would be great if they set up digital screen.

Reasonable cost however Greyhound site advises buses have wifi and charging ports - no wifi and charging ports didn't operate. There was no water in tank to flush Toilet on board and no toilet paper rendering it for most part unusable. Bus was late arriving at pick up and drop off - understand the remoteness of the area but I expected far more from Greyhound. On the whole disappointed BUT it did get us to the destination.

Trip was long and frustrating for driver (Andrea) but she handled slow traffic out of Brisbane efficiently. There was a woman from Yuleba who caused a disturbance and wanted to get off bus at Dalby for a coke to settle her diabetes. She should have been prepared and not abusive to driver. Once again Andrea and relief driver settled her down and provided coke which she refused to drink at first. Overall a good trip.
