Roomy seats with leg rests, clean toilets, not crowded. We were over an hour late arriving but I blame the traffic not the bus or the driver. One thing I didn't like was the head cushion which pushed my head forward and became very uncomfortable.

Would have been 5 stars if they would have done two things; first announced our arrival destination (we’ve never been to this destination before and didn’t know what city we were in until we asked) two, allow the passengers to get off the bus before allowing (a large line of passengers) to board. We couldn’t get off the bus and the new arrivals were annoyed with us because they had reserved our same seats.
