Excellent Driver who handled an overheating bus with superb diligence. What a star driver. Driver had to pull over twice and was assisted with water by another driver with an Abnormal load. Passengers had to endure the warning system beeping for most of the trip from Durban to Vereening. Long trip to be scared and anxious, but the Bus driver did his utmost best to ensure every passenger that they are safe. Please maintain the busses as we rely on using your service to keep contact with friends and family. I use your services 5 or 6 times a year and this was the scariest trip. My next trip is booked in a couple of weeks and I hope to leave a much brighter review.

I'm really not impressed with the the experience at all, the bus is great yes and it's new bus I like that. The bus was supposed to get to Vereeniging at 18h15 but instead we got to Vereeniging at 19h45. The bus took a route it wasn't supposed to take and with that I'm unimpressed

The bus arrived on time (09h00). However, it was driving at between 40 - 60km/h and stopping for 10 minutes after every 45 minutes drive. When it arrives at it could not move any longer and the driver called for a backup bus that arrived at 16h00. As a result thereof, we arrived at Vereeniging at 07h10 which is about 3 hours later than the scheduled time of 15h55.

Was promised to get to Vereeniging at 15:55 yesterday (Thursday) but was dropped at 20:38. The bus had mechanical problems but Greyhound couldn't be bothered changing and giving a better bus. People should not ride with Greyhound.
