Did not enjoy this ride. It was extremely hot and suffocating on the bus, the vents are blowing out warm hot air while the temperature is in the 20s outside. It’s cooler outside than it was inside the bus and everyone was hot and uncomfortable on the ride

Late getting where we were going. No charging ports. No wifi available. Did enjoy getting where I was going though.

The bus was delayed. Moreover, I was warned about that delay in th morning of the day of a ride. As I had a flight from Calgary airport, I had less time for boarding, and that situation was stressful for my daughter and me.

The one sunroof of the bus doesn’t have cover. And the other one sunroof exploded out of pressure while we are on our way near red deer. It’s too much dangerous and I don’t know if somebody got injured near the area because there is a passengers seating there. It’s not safe to travel. In this case, the company should check first the bus before travelling for the passengers safety.

A very bad experience from Edmonton to Calgary. I booked the ticket to drop at the airport as it was showing online but the driver told me that they are no longer offering airport drops . He dropped me at another stop and i had to take uber. I ran late for the flight and also the bus got malfunctioned.

The Canada bus arrived on time and I also enjoyed the ride from Edmonton to Calgary

The trip was good. The bus was late and so I thought I missed it. The seats are not reclining for a long journey amd the sitting was uncomfortable. I liked the price very affordable.

Sometimes they have more pickups and drop offs it’s never the same length of time to make the trip

My experience was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning on the bus was not working properly, and the windows could not be opened, which made the bus feel extremely hot and stuffy. I started feeling uncomfortable and nauseous during the journey. I hope Ebus can address the AC issue and ensure proper ventilation and temperature control for passengers.

It was a great experience. Our driver, Tony, was punctual and professional. I would like to thank both Ebus and Tony for the excellent service.

Honestly, I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The drive was comfortable, and extremely peaceful. I am so glad decided bus instead of drive!

I appreciated that it was punctual, the driver and staff were courteous, it was clean and had wifi. I appreciate that I can choose my seat.I did find it a bit too cool but otherwise it was great.

The ride was bumpy, very bumpy at times. The vehicle didn’t have much suspension. I got a headache from the bumps. My seat was also stuck in the leaned back position. The driver was kind and helpful

The bus kept breakdown on the way and I had gotten late for my flight due to which I missed my flight. Please have your buses up to date with there maintenances and repairs. A bus with 10 passengers losing power which en route to Destination is not professional.

Very bad, bus was 45 mins late than expected, seats were dirty and full of dust, no ventilation, it was so hot, no ac, no air ventilation

small shuttle bus, i didn’t know or except to be small. no washroom, small space, uncomfortable. wasn’t on time and weren’t worried about letting people know.

Well it’s not a bus. it’s like a big van and small spaces confined with a bunch of randos. and there’s no charging ports so that sucked but besides that it was fine. driver was friendly and so were the passengers it just wasn’t what i expected.
