It was terrible. A Lorry Car Carrier crashed into the window of the bus, directly next to where I was sat. It smashed the glass with lots of shards falling onto the floor and embedding into the fabric of the chair. For the remaining 22 hours, I had to sit in this seat despite there still being glass in places. I have photos to back this up. Service getting on was not straightforward either. I rate it the lowest star possible.

It was the worst trip in a long time. There were four films and they were way too loud. The other passengers scroll on tik-tok and instagram way too loud. They’re rude and disrespectful and think they’re alone on the bus

Only on stop in 24 hours for toilet and food. Turned out to be 27 hours because of a landslide and 4 hour delay. Ignorant Peruvian people watching videos on phones with volume on was annoying to me but must be the norm because no one else said anything. On board toilet ran out of water. Still, saved us £100 by not flying. In all seriousness not a great journey but not terrible either mainly due to the afternoon departure.

I'm sure it would've been great if the bus had actually turned up, I was sitting at Huancaro Park for an hour which is where the map said to go to and nothing came, and I haven't had any reply from the email I sent. I'm not sure what happened but I'll be using redbus from now on they're reliable

I booked a trip from Cusco to Lima I’m attempts to make it to Lima before the government shut down its borders but was unsuccessful in my attempts. I never received a notification that the bus would not be able to leave due to the travel ban. I’m slightly disappointed in the lack of communication with their customer service

There was a little bit of miscommunication because I don't speak Spanish my suitcase got put on the early bus to Lima and my bus to Lima was later that day but once I got to Lima I went to the office and the lady could speak English and she was amazing and found my suitcase and got it sent to her office where I was waiting I got my suitcase back then she helped me get a taxi to my hostel so very pleased with the lady for fixing everything

We asked the company about the protest that happened few days ago if we can pass and we been told we can, we got to the protest area and got stuck like the other 15 buses of the same company and few of other companies.
We had to cancel our flight and walk 40km to pass the blockroads to get the other side of the road and from there getting to Lima.
The company didn't said the truth and a lot of people been stuck over of 3 days without food or water.
the company just tried to make money without care of people health or security.

The bus was on time and fairly comfortable for a basic bus. 'Basic' means that there are no WiFi on the board, no possibility to charge your phone, no blanket for the night and no option to switch on and off your personal screen. The bathroom smelled bad at the end, though.
