Renfe User Reviews
Renfe receives praise for providing comfortable train journeys, with some users highlighting the timely departures. However, there are concerns about delays and a lack of clear information regarding direct or transit routes during ticket booking. Additionally, issues such as non-functional digital tickets and limited toilet access on buses have been reported by travelers.
The little between Cordoba to Malaga had been disrupted and had to get bus part journey..I must say they did a most fantastic job on this arrangement..so quick and easy..toot toot for Renfe.

In the Bus from Paris to Biarritz we were not allowed to use the toilet in the bus. It seemed to me that it was too much work to clean. Then the driver stopped at a gas station. They had the same idea!! Blocked all toilets. Off we went. We just had to "hold". Eventually we stopped at another gas station and could use their toilets. This is not OK. We pay for the bus PLUS tuse of toilet!!

The train ride from Salamanca to Madrid was lovely, safe, clean, relaxed. The train ticket must be shown too as one enters Madrid airport. Greetings from South Africa.

Tickets needed passport details? Why for a local train? Digital tickets would not Scan at station.

The train was very comfortable.

The train is OK, but there was no information whether it direct train city to city or a transit city during the ticket booking, which will be very useful if its available
