very bad i had to wait 4hours 37minutes for the 'APM'bus when i wanted to cancel my bookings was told i wont get cash,they gnna give me a voucher so i can use the same bus again of which i will never book that bus again Their staff was rude through the phone and they couldn't even do a simple thing to tell the truth about the whereabouts of the bus they kept on saying the bus its on its way
