Bus from Calgary to Edmonton: Tickets & Timetables

Their service is amazing. The bus came on time and reaches the destination in the right time. The vehicle's comfort is unquestionable. Keep it up !

Our seat arrangement was very frustrating as both of us had different row which doesn’t make any sense.

Very disappointed due to long waiting without early reminder to cancelled the trip. ( waiting for nothing- NO SHOW UP).

Bus was delayed and there was no form of communication regarding the issue. Do better on communicating with customers .

The temperature on the Canada Bus was so hot. When the driver was asked to turn the heat down, he refused. Many passengers were uncomfortable with how hot it was.

The bus was 45 minutes late and no notification was given. Not very happy about that.

Terrible! It was supposed to be 2hrs and 50mins drive but it took 5hrs. And in the middle of the high way the bus bump into something and then the driver had to check and it took so long. It was the worst

He was very expressive and he explained everything well for us. Will love to use again

WOW It was an excellent experience; the driver was very kind and respectful, the bus was spacious and clean, and we arrived on time.

Very comfortable, smooth ride but did not like how tight the seat belts were it was very hard to move around - my pants were falling down when I try to shift up or down in my seat

The bus chair doesn't have place or buckets to put our phone ,glasses or small item that we use , old style chairs

Late arriving at destination. Traffic was not an issue. Driver stopped at a stop with no passenger pickup, spoke with someone they knew for 4 minutes and then left. Seemed the driver was going below the speed limit the entire time even as the highway was not bumper to bumper busy as in the past. Definitely no need to have been late as the driver would go 40 when it was 50, 50 when it was 60. Seemed to always speed up to the speed limit and then slow down the entire trip. Yes, I could see how fast the bus was traveling.

All employees were pleasant. The driver was incredible, great driver, seats were comfortable and I was able to use my IPad. All good.

The service was great, and a very comfortable ride. It was nice that there were treats and drinks available at the back of the bus as well.

drop off at SouthGate was very poor. No parking for anyone needing pickup. Very difficult if a senior or have mobility issues to walk across a very busy road

It was hassle-free except for the fact that my Driver's license was in question, however, I realized that the CSR was not knowledgeable that the licensed from another Commonwealth (Caribbean island) was acceptable.

Driver was great , we drove past a fresh accident and he got us through safely and sufficiently.

I was waiting in centex Calgary and the bus went with out taking us. Very bad experience

Really good service for the price. We travelled in a 14-seater van that was clean, comfortable, and had all-wheel drive, which is definitely a plus for the upcoming winter. The smaller passenger compartment stayed warm and cozy throughout the trip. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for an affordable and reliable shuttle service. I'd happily book again and recommend it.

The bus was too cold. It’s the cold season and the bus management should prepare a bus that would keep us warm.

Terrible. The driver was 13 minutes late. The vehicle was stuffy and extremely tight with no leg room. The driver was half asleep, as evidenced by his half closed eyes, and kept swerving, especially in the first half of the trip. He then proceeded to text message and I got a strong tension headache from the stress, anticipating a car accident. I enjoyed none of it. The thing doesn't even have a bathroom.
