Le voyage se passait dans les conditions très changeantes ( pluie, brume ..)L’autobus était plein, mais Alain a su être affable, souriant et très respectueux quand il nous a accueilli et arrangé les bagages, et très professionnel sur le chemin ! The bus, the bus driver, and the drive was great, but I did not understand why the drive from Montreal to Ottawa took so long. A usual trip takes 2 hours, but the route taken by this company always takes 4 hours. It was a very convenient and cheap bus ticket, but I would never book a ticket with this company if I need to reach my destination quickly or on time.
