Bus was on time both at departure and arrival in Lagoa. Driver was courteous, respectful to other road users and always gave the impression of “being in control”. Added bonus of having a spare seat beside me at no extra cost I must say did add to the whole experience!

One of the two drivers was rude. He yelled at me..in fairness I don't speak Portuguese and didn't understand what he was telling me to do with my case. When I tried to board the bus with a small bag he curtly said NO. It had my medications and money in it plus a sandwich for the journey. I had to quickly get stuff out and put it in my purse. He never explained the wifi or toilet. The second driver told us we would stay five minutes in Albufeiro but we stayed close to 15. He had time for a cigarette. I appreciate I do not speak Portuguese but tourists are important to any country's economy.
