Bus from Toronto to Kingston, CA: Tickets & Schedules

Bus was an hour and a half late leaving Toronto and almost three hours late arriving in Kingston. I would have taken the train had I known they were that far behind schedule.

The trip to the airport on the 30 April was not good at all, the driver, was loud, bossy and in my opinion intimidating,, he treated us like school children back in the days,, these drivers needs to understand they are the face of the industry/ company , the way they speak to the passengers matters

I recently traveled with FlixBus, and I was impressed! The booking process was seamless, the buses were clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi kept me connected throughout the journey. It was horrible. The bus arrived 45mins late. The air-conditioning did NOT work, we were cooking inside a hot bus. There was no cellphone charging outlets as had been advertised because it was not even an actual MEGABUS bus. People who had paid extra to reserve certain seats got random seats. It was a sh*tshow!

The bus itself was fine… But landing in Pearson Toronto airport. It was very difficult, figuring out and finding where the pick up was. If there was some sort of a pin that we could’ve put it on our mobile maps would’ve been very helpful. And better instructions on where the pick ups would be. We don’t know Toronto or the airport very well so just dumb it down for those of us from out of town.

Two busses broke down. The third bus was late. The driver didn't announce stops, nor was the LED screen working to give riders pertinent information. The driver also didn't explain anything about the Wi-Fi, nor where to charge your mobile phone. It wasn't always obvious. It was a horrible trip with break-dkwns, and NO adequate information given out.

The driver was extremely aggressive, impolite, and discourteous, and unfortunately, his behaviour made what should have been a pleasant trip a very unpleasant and embarrassing experience. There were two of us boarding the bus, and we handed our tickets to the driver on my phone. He scanned only one of the two tickets. We assumed he had scanned both and proceeded to board the bus. As we were getting on, he suddenly started shouting loudly at us, asking why we were boarding without showing our tickets. It was clearly a simple misunderstanding caused by the fact that he had missed scanning the second ticket. There was absolutely no intention on our part to board without a valid ticket. Obviously, no one would knowingly board a bus without one. The situation could have been handled calmly and respectfully by simply asking us to show the second ticket. Instead, the driver chose to yell at us in front of other passengers. What made the experience even worse was that, after scanning the second ticket, he did not apologize or acknowledge his mistake in any way. A simple “sorry, I missed the second ticket” would have completely changed the situation. The bus was already delayed, but we were patient and understanding and were looking forward to having a nice trip. Unfortunately, the driver's unnecessary aggression and lack of courtesy left me feeling upset, embarrassed, and extremely uncomfortable before the journey had even begun. I sincerely hope ONEXBUS takes this kind of passenger experience seriously. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but they can and should be handled with basic courtesy and respect. I hope your drivers are reminded that passengers deserve to be treated politely and respectfully, even when there is a misunderstanding.

Everything was great just wish there was better signage on the bus,the only way I was able to tell it was my bus was by asking the driver

Bus came 45 minutes late. The riding was not smooth at all and the chairs were not clean.

The bus was on time, fast boarding. The wifi worked great and the plugs in the seats worked. The bus was very clean and the bus driver was very friendly and helped with my luggage at the start of my journey and at the end.

I was very pleased, the buses are newer then most Megabus, they are on time, and their was wifi for our journey.

As always bus was very clean staff were very helpful. The trip was about 75 minutes longer than anticipated, but that was due to traffic and weather that is out of the control of the driver or bus company

Driver and assistant very pleasant. A pleasure traveling with your company, will do again.

Trip from Toronto Pearson Airport to Kingston was on time and fast. Driver was helpful and friendly. Lots of room and bus wasn't crowded. Id definitely ride with them again. Good experience

The service was great. Unfortunately, the person sitting next to me was quite large and sat in a way that took up some of my leg space. It made the seat uncomfortable enough that I ended up giving up my window seat, which I had specifically chosen. I understand these situations can happen, but it did affect my experience.

It was good. It arrived a little bit early. But I was OK with that. The bus was clean. It had A/C and power outlets.

Not great. Bathroom wasn't working off the hop, then front tires were DOUBLE the air pressure they were suppose to be. Waited on the side of the highway for an hour, then at a gas station, then had to wait another hour for a replacement bus to come. Driver was nice though.
