Train from Philadelphia, PA, US to Washington, DC, US: Tickets & Schedules

I checked my suitcase with Red Cap in Philly. (I'm 77 and couldn't lift my bag) The Red Cap loaded all the luggage that was being checked and took the owners to an elevator that went down to the departure and she walked us down to where she said the last car would be. When the train arrived we boarded but had to try to find an open seat. She said when we arrived the Red Caps would direct us to our luggage. What Red Caps -- I didn't see any!! I asked a Red Cap in the station and he said he guessed the luggage would be bought to them. After a while I went to an Information booth. That gentleman walked down to the train and retrieved my suitcase which WAS STILL ON THE TRAIN!!!

I didn’t received the the QR code for confirmation about my reserve. For some moment the attendant told me I must leave the train to the next station. I was scared because it was dark in the morning. Terrible for me! I cried after! I had to call for the central, after call some email comes from in my box email.

I didn't receive clear information about the luggage policy while onboard, which caused some inconvenience. Thanks

That the train stopped a few minute out from Union station and we sat there for at least an hour until another train came to pick us up? The staff was nice and finally explained things to us. Mostly we were in the dark for that hour.
